Enter your zip code on our site, select how much material you need (see below FAQ’s to determine order size), select the date and time frame you would like your material delivered at Checkout, and place your order with any major credit card. After the order is placed our in-house support team will contact you to confirm the details. We will send additional confirmations on the day before and the day of delivery. On delivery day, a dump truck will arrive to dump the materials at your specified location. We request that you have someone available to accept the delivery so that we can make sure to dump it in the correct location. That’s it!

We do not offer installation or spreading services as part of our material delivery.  However, depending on the location, site conditions, weather, and comfortability of the driver, we may be able to tailgate spread the material if the driver feels the location and conditions are suitable.

This involves slowly moving the truck forward while dumping the material to make it easier to distribute, but is not a guaranteed service.

We work fast to get your order delivered — often within 2 business days. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and refunds:

• Full Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
• Partial Refund: After 24 hours, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on order progress.
• No Refund: Cancellations requested on the scheduled delivery day are not eligible for any refund.
• Quality Guarantee: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if there’s an issue.
• Not Covered: Wrong material ordered, normal color variations, or access issues at your property.
